We do not offer free shipping policy. The reason being, offering free shipping implies that the shipping costs are already included in the product price. When purchasing multiple items, you would still end up paying duplicate shipping fees. Even with discounts, avoiding duplicate shipping fees remains unavoidable.

We guarantee that our store, Baro7, offers products at prices that are either cheaper or the same as those sold locally in Korea. You only pay for overseas shipping fees based on weight.

Shipping fees are charged based on a base rate for every 500g (1.1 pounds). 

According to the shipping company's policy, the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight is applied.
The formula to calculate volumetric weight is (Length × Width × Height) / 5000.

Processing time
The average order processing time is within 2 days. However, during sale periods or major events, there may be a potential one-day extension. This timeframe does not include weekends and public holidays in Korea.

Transit Period
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time to your destination will vary based on the shipping method selected. Express (Fedex, DHL) delivery ranges from 2-5 days, whereas Standard delivery can take between 15-30 days.

If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped once the pre-order product is released. If you wish to have in-stock items shipped immediately and pre-order items shipped as soon as they are released, you must place separate orders for each.
